The logical flow of a website is just as important as the actual content you have on the page. A truly interested customer will be cognitively engaged with a website. They will read the content and follow the thought process. Thus, you must lead them through a process of thinking that is logical and compelling with user flow optimization that reduces friction along each step of your CyberFunnel.

What you don’t want, is to treat everyone the same and show them a million different options. The risk with overwhelming visitors with too many options or ‘paths’ to take, is that you might dilute your efforts and distract visitors. Traffic is going to be spread too thin throughout your system and you won’t get enough people into the key converting pages that make you the green.

Instead, we focus and pick out the one or two (max) primary objectives on a page and base the entire design around calling visitor’s attention to that element. Literally the only thing we want on this page (and therefore, the only goal of the design for this page), is to get more people to click that darn button. That’s it! And it works
